I’m Ellyn.
I’m the proud dog mom to Guinness. He’s a 120 pound mixed breed dog that I adopted from a shelter a few years ago.
He starting to get older now and he’s got a few health problems.
But I’m not going to let that stop us!
I’ve been doing everything I can to keep my big, old mutt happy and healthy for as long as I can. So far its been going pretty well.
I have a background in human healthcare and years of experience researching medicals topics and translating them into easy to understand language.
Because of this, I wanted to share everything that I learned on our journey with other dog parents.
My aim is to provide information, resources, and support to the dog parents of other larger breed dogs so they can enjoy more quality time with their dogs as they age.
